About Wästbygg Group

Wästbygg Group is a listed construction and project development company that builds and develops residential buildings, commercial structuress and community service properties, as well as logistics and industrial facilities – always with a major focus on sustainability. The group includes Wästbygg, Rekab Entreprenad and Logistic Contractor.

The group operates in the most rapidly expanding markets in Sweden, with Logistic Contractor also providing services in the neighboring Nordic countries.

In 2023, the group had a total revenue of SEK 4.8 billion and 550 employees.

Our business areas

We operate in three business areas: Residential, Commercial – which includes community service properties – and Logistics and Industry, areas in which we have strong expertise and long experience.

Within each business area we offer both construction and project development, that is from land acquisition/allocation to completed properties.
