Share capital
Wästbygg Group has two types of shares with different voting rights; class A shares (10 votes) and class B shares (1 vote). Otherwise, the different classes of shares have equal rights to the company’s profit and capital. There are no restrictions on how many votes each shareholder can cast at a general meeting. The quota value amounts to SEK 0.11 per share.
As of 31 December, the share capital amounted to SEK 5 749 363, divided into 992 000 A shares and 50 752 264 B shares.
